Guissee

I'm getting nowhere fast, everything else seems to be moving forward but my damn arms stay the same.

Sample training arm day:

Bicep curls x 3
Scott curls x 3
Hammer curls x3
Rope push downs x 3
French press x 3
Dips x 3

All sets are between 8-12 reps.

I've done twice a week, split them up, heavy or lite with high reps, but ZERO :piss:

Give some advice for spaghetti arm boy :beg:

That some shitty advice you gave Beast.

No matter what your genetics, anyone can build impressive arms, take a look at Dorian Yates. The mans arms had not peak, so he made them overall as massive as possible.

I read somewhere Dorian arms also lagged in his early years, instead of training more he trained them less, right down to 1 set per exercise.

More is not better in some cases.

My advice is keep on going there is no magic formula that will suddenly propel your arms forward.

I'm by means giving up, just frustration sets in some days.
