Hey Bart, so I lost around 60 lb since I first saw you.

Here are my stats:
208 lb
6 ft tall

My progress is stagnating. Should I tweak my cutting diet? I'm aiming for single digit in body fat.
What else can I do?

Sorry. Didn't thought of taking before and after pics while I was cutting. Never liked my body while I was really fat, so the thought of taking photos of it never occurred to me. FYI, I shed the 60 lb over a year and a half. Quite slow I must say.

I didn't throw away my old pants though. Over 1 and 1/2 years, my waist went from 40 inches to 34 inches.

My man boobs also went away. The crease under my chest indicates how big my boobs used to be.

If you did it right , then that 60lbs should all be fat, in that case you did pretty good.

Congrats on the weight loss, if your results are slowing down you might want to consider card cycling, run low carbs for 4 days, then carb load for two days. On low days don't dip below 100grams total, you'll need at least 100g for training.

Also if your not doing so already do HIIT after training.

I'm doing 15 of HIIT cardio after my workouts. In addition to carb loading, is there any more I can do?

I use a rule of thumb 11 cals per lb body weight when cutting, work out your total cals see where you are at. Aim for 1 pond fat loss weekly two can be done but if you're not in any kind of hurry stick with 1, less demanding.

Pizza for 6-pack. It's a fair trade!

Pizza diet is the best diet, admittedly it won't get you a six pack, but what a diet.
