Mostly raw vegetarian. 2 ltr of different fresh juice with daily carrot, watermelon, fresh apple and so on... raw salads and various sprouts and only lemon juice on top, occasionally a good steak or a tuna
Daily 1.5 h in the gym mostly running..:)
