Hey guys,

Welcome to my 10 week cutter!

My current stats:
Age 30, 5' 10",
BF 215bs, 12%
LBM = 190lbs (86 kg)

arms: 18.75"
Chest: 48.75"
Shoulders: 54.5"
Quads: 26"
Waist: 33" (Goal 31")

Goals: To cut to 4% BF while preserving as much lean mass and acquired strength as much as possible!! I expect a loss of up to 0.5" from each measurement.

Note: I'm coming straight off a TEST/NPP/WINNY/VAR/HGH bulker: Please see http://www.bodybuildingarea.com/viewtop ... =21&t=2812

Cycle will look something like this:

Weeks 1-10 Primobolan 700 mg EW
Weeks 1-6 Trenbolone Acetate 75mg ED
Weeks 1-6 Equipoise 750 mg EW
Weeks 3-8 Anavar 50mg ED (depending on availability)
Weeks 6-10 Winstrol 100mg ED (or Masteron, since I'm no big fan of winny)
Weeks 1 - 15+ HGH 8ius ED (6 on/ 1 off)

Weeks 1-10 T3 25mcg ED : T4 100mcg ED
Weeks 1- 15+ Proviron 50mg ED
Weeks 2-10 Clenbuterol up to 140 mcg/day

Weeks 11-15 PCT (Post Cycle Therapy)

Ancillaries on hand: Proviron, Nolvadex, Arimidex, Letrozole, Bromocriptine, Ketotifen/Benadryll (to prolong clen usage)
PCT compounds: Proviron, HCG, Nolvadex, Clomid, Arimidex, Tribulus, MyogenX (Fadogia Aggrestis)

Supplements: Whey, Casein, Glutamine, Ariginine, BCAAs, Bromelaine, Omega Oils, Multivitamins, Melatonin

Unlike last year, this years cutting diet will be old school working to a low fat diet in the middle and adding kcals for the final few weeks to rev up metabolism again. I can't list the caloric intake cuz that depends on my progress and BM's assesment.

Since benchmarks will start to wear off by weeks 3 or so, I will be implementing a new gauge or INTENSITY RATING (Between 1-5); it is pretty much subjective but since strength will trail off or fall eventually in this cutter, intensity will be the only way to rate a workout. The significance of the ratings take in workout time, rest periods, poundage, endurance, Mind/Muscle Connection and overall feel into consideration and the numbers mean as such:

1- An incomplete workout due to sickness, injury or insurmountable exhaustion
2- Going through the motions; lackluster workout; long rests between sets; going way over allotted time of 60 mins
3- A passable workout; some good intensity at certain junctures; long rests between sets; some decline in endurance during the latter half of workout; some loss of MMC/focus, especially towards the end; going over 15 mins past alllotted time
4- Good Workout - maintained intensity for most of the workout; adequate rests between sets; endurance kept for the most part; nice pump at times; good MMC mostly; going 5-10 mins past allotted time
5- GREAT workout - consistent intensity throughout (perhaps some benchmarks); short rests between sets; amazing pumps/tightness; endurance and focus/MMC held like the edge of a blade; completed within or less than allotted time; CNS taken to the limit

Cheers,
DK

Oh its a new thread

Tren dreams, I always love that, as lots of tren and win kicks in, enough warm-up and stretch is quite essential to avoid joint problems. Also, as EQ will egstron to some degree, why not add some T into the cycle?
Anyway, good luck, bro. :drink:

Ah old school diets, they give great results but it's the hardest diet you can do.

Superfly, I may not own shares in a gH company; but let's just say my source is a Big Manufacturer
Jason, wheels @ end of cutter; too lazy to snap pic ja
Fountain, no T in cycle cuz BM wants all anabolic action with no aromatization for this cycle!
Beast, I'm SO not looking fwd to this diet!

Day 8 (20/7)

- Slept an erratic 8 hrs; yup, tren is kickin in
- Started my clen today 60 mcg
- Ate clean 3500 kcals (maintenance for now)

Training: Chest and Abs (60 mins)

DB bench press 4 sets
Incline SM Presses 3 sets (Bmark: Peaked at 270 lbs for 10 reps [3 plates/side] )
Cable Flies 3 sets
DB Pullovers 3 sets - hadn't done this one a while
Jack Knives 3 sets
Leg Ups 3 sets
Rope KowTows 3 sets

Rating: 5/5

- Great workout - nice energy!
- At Bedtime; Upper pecs began spasming - guess clen started to work, despite having 5g of Taurine for the day

Day 9 (21/7)

- Slept ok 7 hrs - sleeping pills helped
- Ate clean 3500 kcals
- AM Cardio 40 mins
- Clen cramps continue

Workout: Back (70 mins)

Lat Pulldowns 4 sets
Bent over BB rows 3 sets
Reverse Grip Lat Pulldown 3 sets
DB Rows 3 sets
Shrugs 3 sets

Rating: 3/5

- Workout had it's moments but there was a point when I had a black out, after the BB rows... I took a breather and got right back in the action
- I think the clen has dehydrated me ... gotta up my water intake!

Day 10 (22/7)

- Slept a decent 7 hrs
- Ate clean 3500 kcals

Training: Hams and Bis (50 mins)

BB Bicep Curl 4 sets
EZ bar preachers 3 sets
Concentration curls 3 sets
Lying Ham Curls 3 sets
Seated Ham curls 3 sets
Donkey calf raises 3 sets of 30 reps

Rating: 4/5

- it was a good workout... was able to focus more on the hams!
- again, at night, my biceps were spasming terribly! Goddman the clen!

Day 23/7

- Slept a crazy 6 hrs - alternating between wierd dreams, pissing in the toilet, and trensomnia
- Biceps continue to spasms like crazy
- Had the masseuse over for DTM - helped the spasms somwehat
- Met up with the BM at night - asked him abt these spasms and he concluded that I was especially sensitive to clen bcoz of the GH - u see, both make you hyperglycemic and cause insulin insensitivity - that means, I have nothing shuttling nutrients into my muscles and they are getting starved of electrolytes...hence the twitching! Genius, that BM

Cheers.
DK
