Hey guys,

It's time for a bulking cycle...AGAIN! Yes yes, more mind-dumbing account of my day to day activities that you are ashamed to admit you enjoy reading, especially Bartman :sleez:

My stats: Age 31, 5' 10", 192 lbs, 12% BF

AIM: Lean Bulk

Cycle: NPP 90mg EOD, Test Enanthate 125mg EoD, Winstrol IM 100mg EOD, Anavar 50mg ED for 8-10 weeks
HGH 8 iu/day 5on/2off with 50 mcg T3 (cytomel), 100 mcg T4
ancillaries include proviron 50mg ED (Have arimidex, letrozole, bromocriptine on hand for any estrogen/bloat/gyno issue that may occur)

Supplements: Glutamine, NO2, whey, casein, dextrose

Pre cycle Measurements/strength:

arms: 17.5" (aim 18.5")
Chest: 46.5" (aim 48")
Shoulders: 53" (aim 54-5")
Quads: 24.5" (aim 26")
Waist 33" (it's a friggin bulker, but I'm sure I'll lose a bit)

Bench Press: 275 lbs (125 kgs) for 6 reps
Squats: 365 lbs (165 kgs) for 6 reps
Smith Machine Milit. Press: 230 lbs (105kg) for 8 reps

As you may notice, I've lost some strength and size from my last cycle; but it was to be expected since going off gear for 5 months will do that. However, I am still leaner and have larger measurements than before I started my last bulker; so that means I kept quite a bit of my gains as well, thanx to a good PCT, HGH and a stint of insulin I did somewhere in the middle of Jan to Feb.

I decided to add winny for the bulker because it has inherent SHBG binding and anti-progesteronic properties, which will work nicely with countering the upswing of SHBG brought on by the T3, shoring up free test from the Testosterone AND stopping the progesteronic sides of nandrolone in its tracks, a very welcome triple threat!!! Also, I'm using Test E so that I can inject all my compounds EOD, cuz having to inject ED last yr was a bitch. This Bulker will be better than last years, because I've already been on GH for the last 5 months consistently, my starting stats are stronger and I have been regular at the gym...any I am friggin looking forward to it. :yahoo:

Looking good DK, I see you're right on top with the SHBG are you worried little DK won't perform anymore :hlol:

Besides T3, Estrogen will also increase SHBG levels so grow them bitch titties and start :hump: .......oh wait who will hump a man with titties :scratch:

Day 0 (3/5)

- Took my shots, three of them: NPP + Test E in right glute; winny in right quad and 100mg prop in left quad... I'm doing 2 shots of test prop in the first week to kickstart things off before the test E kicks in.
- Took var
- It's amazing how your mind plays tricks when you're about to shoot your first needle of the cycle... ya know, stuff like, why am I doing this? Is it worth the risk? It took me so long to recover back my natty test, do I wanna go messing it up again???
- However, after the jab's over, the inhibitions fade away and you're ready to go!


Day 1 (4/5)

- Slept an irritable 7 hours; test prop site was acting up
- A little bloated in the morning
- Ate clean 3700 kcals (will increase when my gains start to plateau)

Workout: Chest/Tris ( 60 mins)

DB Bench Presses 3 sets (Benchmark; 110 lbs for 10 reps; previous 100 for 8)
Incline Bench Presses 3 sets
Pec Decs 3 sets (Benchmark: Plate 123 for 10 reps; previous 110 for 8)
Tricep Extension 3 sets (Bmark: Plate 150 for 10 reps; previous 130 for 8)
Rope Pulldowns 3 sets (Bmark: plate 25 for 8 reps; previous 15 for 10)

- Nice benchmarks; it's probably the var kicking in and some of the prop
- A good start I must say

Day 2 (5/5)

- Slept okay for 6 hrs but woke up mega bloated... WTF!!!!
- Ate clean 3700 kcals

Workout: Back and Abs (55 mins)

Lat Pulldown 4 sets (Bmark: Plate 82 for 6 reps + 2 forced; previous plate 68 for 10)
Cable Rows 3 sets (Bmark: Plate 87 for 8 reps; previous 77 for 8)
Reverse Grip BB Rows 3 sets
DB rows 3 sets
Shrugs 3 sets
Standing Rope Ab Crunches 3 sets
Jack Knives 3 sets

- Benchmarks continue
- However, I seem to be in this constant state of malaise and irritability; That, and my bloat is getting worse...damn, I guess with all the hormone Olympics going on in my body; these sides will persist till me body gets acclimated to the compounds

Day 3 (6/5)


- Slept an okay 6 hrs
- Water bloat continues all morning... feel like the michelin man
- However, after 6 pm, the Hormone Olympics brings on the Pissathon and I spend the rest of the night pissing every hour on the hour
- Ate clean 3400 kcals (rest day)

Day 4 (7/5)

- Slept an interrupted 7 hrs - the pissing
- Looking much dryer in the morning, although not all the bloat is gone
- Ate clean 3700 kcals

Training: Shoulders and Biceps (65 mins)

Smith machine Milit. Press 4 sets
Lateral raises 3 sets
Upright rows 3 sets
Rear delt rows 3 sets (Bmark: peaked at plate 82 for 8 reps; previous 75 for 8)
DB Alt. seated Bicep curls 4 sets (Bmark: 50 lbs for 6 reps + 2 forced; previous 40 for 8)
Machine Preachers 3 sets

- It was a really messed up work out: 1. No benchmarks on core movements; 2. My joints ached throughout and 3 . I had no stamina/energy!!!
- On the gear front, I'm suspecting winny for the joints... it's notorious for that. I thought the NPP, which actually LUBBRICATES the joints, would balance out the winny but apparently not. Well, I guess the full potency of the NPP will probably kick in by next week and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the winny's joint dehydrating effect will be abated. If not; I may consider cutting the winny out altogether. Tried winny before but never liked it... I'm beginning to remember why
- I also think the accumulated lack of proper sleep and sudden exodus of water in the last 2 days could have explained the lack in workout vigor...oh well, can't expect miracles in the first week; gotta give it some time
